Can we customize Bank Account section on Personal Payment Method screen?

According to Customizing Bank Accounts field in Payment Methods — Cloud Customer Connect (oracle.com), customization of Personal Payment is not supported. Actually customer wants to rename and order some fields in the Bank Account section based on country.

We would be grateful if the following questions could be confirmed:

  1. Is this implementation feasible?
  2. Is the Bank Account section standard for all countries?
