How to stop employees from creating video content and community?

Hi All,

OLC enables employees/learns to create community, and also allow them to publish video, learning journeys etc.

Is there any configuration/setup option available to stop employees from creating learning contents or the role customization is the only option.

Since we are using Redwood, is there any quick guide which we can follow to hide these options/actions for learners.
