Reuse Person Number for Pending Worker Who Has Previously Cancelled Work Relationship

I opened a pending worker

Then I cancel work relationship

Now I need to create the same employee.

When I try to do that, I get a message that the person number Already exists

I followed-

But I'm stuck. We do not use DATE_OF_BIRTH On the pending worker screen.

The employee started working already a week ago and it is impossible to open it
