Audit Report

Summary:

We did enable the audit for the PER_PHONES table. This reports on future phone number change history. 

We included date prompts. 

I updated the phone of the user on 11/21/2023 and pulled the report using dates 11/1/2023 – 11/21/2023 and the number did not populate in the report. When I used the end date of 11/22/23 I could see the number in the report.

The sql has <= last update date so I would have thought it would pull in the 21st but it seems the 22nd or greater is what pulls it in. Is it the expected behavior? How can I fix to pull in the 21st?
