Alert keeps on running for 30 minutes but got canceled

Summary:

We have a custom alert that we migrated from using the 'emp' resource to the 'worker' resource. We managed to get the template working and pulling the correct data using the 'worker' resource. The custom alert is designed to send notifications to both the manager and employee when the projected end date is either 14 days or 30 days from now. Previously, it was using 'emps/assignment,' and we changed it to 'worker/workrelationship/assignments.' However, when we run it, it keeps running only and not being processed.
