Exempt Buyer from getting FYI notification on PO implementation

Summary:

Client has a specific requirement saying when a document is implement (either PO or CPA or BPA) they do not want the FYI notification to go to Buyer.

Is there any configurations/setup on BPM notifications that we can use to exclude buyers from the FYI notifications?
