Assign privileges in new role

Summary:

Hello I need your support please, recently I created a new custom role, assigned some privileges like Hire an employee and Add a contingent Worker, I assigned ORA_PER_EMPLOYEE_HIRE_DUTY and ORA_PER_CONTINGENT_WORKER_ADDITION_DUTY in the new role and the role is assigned in a user. When try to test i have access to some functionalities like Change Manager (also include in the new role) but I don´t have access to Hire or Add CWR. Do you know what additional privileges or access must be assigned in the role? Thanks in advance for all your help- Regards
