Only user should be able to view his/ her own National Identifier in Person Management

Summary:

Only user should be able to view his/ her own National Identifier in "Person Management".(navigation- My Client Groups> Person Management). Any other user shouldn't be able to see another employee's National Identifier.

Is there any feature available ? please help.
