How to stop BI Workflow Notifications (Personal Information - Disability Info) in Fusion HCM

Summary:

A BI notification is triggered when an employee enters Disability Info (Navigation Person Details -> Disability Info). We can see there are a couple of seeded BI Data Models and Reports created for it.

Business wants to stop these notifications.

We have done the following to stop these notifications.

a. Customized these reports and data models in /Shared Folders /Custom folder

b. Added a false condition (And 1=2 ) in each query of data model and Saved out Sample XML Output

c. Changed the report path and report name in the data model parameters.

d. Changed the Report Template and removed the tags which business doesn't want to display
