Setup Failover email address for Remittance Advice on a Payment Process Profile Level/System Level

Requirement : Client needs to setup a system wide failover email address for Seperate Remittance Adivce Delivery. 

The client does not want to individually enter the failover email for every supplier but wants the functionality of the Remittance Advice to be sent over to the failover email address in case there is no email address setup for the Supplier. 

Need to send remittance advice emails to an email address setup at either system level/payment process profile level to which the remittance advice is sent in case the supplier email is not set up
