CapEx status changed then notifications sent to approver

Summary:

when CapEx status is changed or submitted for approval/submitted for close a notification is send to the approver based on that project manager will verify the details and approve it through email. so here in the notification i need to add another two fields how can i add and it is a seeded application ,it doesn't have any pre-built or configured PCS workflow then is there any alternative to add 2 columns in email
