[achieved] Unable to edit HTML or Hyperlinks in Page.

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement where have to add HTML or hyperlink in the top of the page.

We tried adding the HTML as well as Hyperlink component but unfortunately was unable to edit it.

Screenshot attached.

Please suggest is this a issue with oracle functionality or system behavior.
