Hiding Values from State Dropdown Field in Move Candidate UI

Summary:

Currently recruiters are not using the values Phone Screen to be Scheduled, Phone Screen Scheduled, and Phone Screen Completed under the Screening phase in the Move Candidate UI (see screenshot below). Since these values are unused, we would like to hide them from the dropdown to alleviate user confusion. It appears that these values are not pulling from an LOV, but from IRC_STATES_TL, so editing the LOV is not an option. I've also explored attempting to edit the dropdown values through both Page Composer and Experience Design Studio, but have come up empty. Any guidance is greatly appreciated!
