Create a search engine in an Eloqua form

I  need to know if there is a way to manually enter text into a single selection list (<select>) with the aim of being able to write the information and as I write it shows me the information related to the entered text, I had thought about doing it with javascript events but I don't think I can enter the code into the form.

I have been researching but I have not found any information that is useful to me.

Can you help me by telling me if this is possible in any way?
