There is a bug in 23C.1.4 that is resolved in 23C.1.5. If you have a third-party vendor (Talemetry) importing applications into Taleo and you are on 23C.1.4, those applications will fail.
Is anyone now on 23C.1.5 and also using Talemetry? Are you encountering any issues?
