Learning Catalog courses not showing for topic community

Last week my topic communities were great and all the courses showed where they should. Today there are no courses under any of my topic communities. Nothing has changed with these communities. Any suggestions for how to get the courses to show again. We do have the Redwood Interface for the Learners. I figure it is probably some indexing job that needs to run, but not exactly certain what to run. (at least I hope that is all it is)
