Unassociate inventory organizations from Item

Summary: I want to unassign some Inventory organizations from Items that will no longer be transacted in these Orgs ,However, when i delete the Association it gives me the following errors:

1-You cannot delete this item because completed inventory transactions exist for this item.

2-You can't delete item M1795 because a sales order references this item.

3- You cannot delete this item because receiving shipment lines exist for this item.

4-You cannot delete this item because fulfillment lines exist for this item.

5-You cannot delete this item because completed inventory transactions exist for this item.

Considering that i have issued Out the Onhand balances and no Pending transaction as well
