Is there SOAP interface or FBDI template for "Payment Process Request"?

Summary:

The requirement is we need to create "Payment Process Request" via interface (REST or SOAP or FBDI, either one will do).

REST:

It seems there is no such REST API for now as we refer to post "Can we Complete Payment Process Request (PPR) using API" and API document "Payment Process Requests REST Endpoints"

SOAP:

We don't find any

FBDI:

We find an FBDI template which has a very similar name "Payables Payment Request Import". But it is clarified in the post "Utilizing FBDI Payables Payment Request Import" that "Payables Payment Request" and "Payment Process Request" are different processes.
