update default expense account without HDL/REST API

Hi Team,

There is one requirement to update segment1(Company) of the default expense account of employees without HDL/REST API.

We are looking for holistic method to update the first segment of default expense account at set up level to avoid updating for a individual person.

I am not sure if it is possible?Any inputs on this is highly appreciated.
