Question about DKIM Public Key

Domain-Based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance (DMARC) (Doc ID 1557093.1)

The above KM talks about raising a SR to activate DMARC. If my understanding is correct, this request is per zone; Does this mean we will get different DKIM Public keys for non-prod and prod, if we want to test the setting first in our UAT zone, then promote the prod?

Our IT may be able to accommodate this though, I want to understand what the expectation is in terms of the testing and deployment. Thank you in advance.
