Managers are unable to view their direct report in My Team

Hi All,

We are having an issue where the manager is unable to see their direct reports when clicking on My Team>My Team.


We are thinking that this might be due to a miss a privilege in our role. Does anyone know which privilege needs to be added or if there might be any other solution?
