OLC Learning initiative - can we use it after we create the course?

Dear All,

We have a question related to the learning initiatives.

Our client thinks that the initiatives are limiting, because you can only use them at the moment of creation/launch of the course, they would like to use the learning initiatives also in the post-creation phase of the course, is that possible?
