Hi,

we would like to have the possibility to implement a fast formula, which allows to associate a candidate to a specific phase of the selection process, basing on the answer provided by the candidate to a prescreening question.

In other words, in our job application flow, we introduced a prescreening question, which has two answer options: Yes or No. If the candidate filled in the prescreening question with the option 'Yes', he/she is associated to a specific phase of the selection process; while if he/she filled in the prescreening question with the option 'No', he/she is associated to a specific phase of the selection process, different from the first one.
