How to dynamically populate Rate definitions based on the absence duration?

Business requirement:

If the absence duration is equal to work schedule days then use one rate definition otherwise if the absence duration is not equal to work schedule days then use another rate definition in Payroll calculation.

Absence is on working days.

Ex)

Employee is on Weekly Pay period and 4 work days schedule.

Employee Applied for Unpaid absence

Absence Start Date 06 Nov 23

Absence End Date 16 Nov 23

Total Absence duration 6 days

In this case, absence duration spans two weekly pay periods

1) First Pay period duration

Pay Period Earn Date 06 Nov 23

Pay Period Earn Date 12 Nov 23

Work schedule days in this pay period is 4 Days
