Submitting Approval Message even after complete status in Transaction Console

Summary: We are trying to add Family and emergency Contact for an employee. After adding the contact it goes for approval. After approving from all the approvers the details of emergency contact are showing in employee's profile, however it still shows the Submitting Approval Message.
