EL expression to hide two document type id's

Summary:

Created expression to hide document of record attachment on RUI page using document type id however I cant seem to get it to work when trying to hide two types.

Hiding 1 document type EL Expression works: #{bindings.DocumentTypeIdLovId.inputValue != '[300000706670719]'}

Hiding 2 document type I'd's Expression doesnt work: #{bindings.DocumentTypeIdLovId.inputValue != '300000706670719' && bindings.DocumentTypeIdLovId.inputValue != '300000726956008'}
