FYI data update/change notifications: disable standard notifications for a particular LE

Summary:

Hello everyone,

an international client would like to disable the standard notifications that the subjects involved in the Recruiting process (manager, hr, etc.) automatically receive when a candidate passes through the various phases and states of the selection process. I know that standard notifications if disabled would be reflected in all the company's countries, but the customer wants to deactivate them only for one country (example: deactivated for US and active for Europe).

Is it possible to disable them for a specific LE perhaps? If so how? Where on the platform can I make this change?
