Hi Team,

Our client wants to process a Bonus amount for terminated employees. but while we are trying to assign the element entry it is not assigned and getting the error Effective start date should on or before Effective End Date.

Example: we have the employee who got terminated in December 31st 2023. Need to process him a Bonus Amount in the January 2024.

As his termination date is 31st December. we are unable to process the quick pay as well. Kindly assist us on this.
