Can access to requisitions be shared between 2 employees sharing a job?

There are a number of cases where 2 people are sharing a job and one has created the requisition and is off for the rest of the week. The other person sharing the job cannot access / update this requisition and as such it remains pending until the other person returns. Is there a way we can have joint ownership of these Procurement documents? Or is there any other way to achieve the same without giving them access to everybody else's requisitions?
