configure error message for Family and emergency contact -> Edit Contact

Summary:

Need to restrict Employee from edit Contact 'Relationship' field in Relationship section(Navigation: Me->Family and Emergency Contacts-> Edit Contact). However Admin Users should be able to edit(Navigation: My Client group->Search for employee->Family and Emergency Contacts-> Edit Contact)

Need to do this as its Impacting Benefits Enrolment if employee is changing the relationship of a Contact after creating.

We tried following 2 options

  1. HCM Designer Studio ->Family and Emergency Contact-> Edit Contact -> Available Attributes -> Relationship - >'Relationship' is not seen so, Could hide the entire section but requirement is to hide only Relationship field and other fields should e visible
