New Starters Initiative for Mandatory training - future date the assignment start date/due date?

Summary:

We currently use a range of Learning Initiatives for new starters for our mandatory training, these all work fine as they currently are. We have a new requirement where another piece of training is required with a due date of 2 years (730 days) after a new starter joins. I've managed to create this to create the assignment for the new starter, but there's nothing stopping the new starter from completing this learning assignment on day 1 of their employment.

Ideally we'd want the future dated learning assignment to only become active/visible 1 month prior to its due date.

Is this something that's possible within the Learning Initiative functions?
