Who is considered as schedule owner in the context of interview scheduling in ORC?

Notifications related to interview scheduling process is delivered by schedule owner. We would like to understand who is considered as schedule owner and who are the recipients based on expressions captured in alert composer notifications.

We observed that both recruiter and hiring managers are getting informed about interview schedules. Alert notification has worklist communication method with expressions - ${InterviewerUserName}, ${RequisitionRecruiterUserName} and ${InterviewSchedulingInterviewerName}. We would like to understand which expression should be removed in order to ensure Hiring Managers doesn't receive interview schedule alert notifications. Also, how do we know who is schedule owner and whether they receive any notifications once candidate self-schedule or respond back to interview schedule requests?
