Alert the HR Super User for Failed Approval Transactions

Hello Team

It is required that an alert notification be sent to the HR Super User if any approval transaction fails.

If, for example, a UK-based employee's approval transaction fails, the UK HR Super User should be informed. In the same manner, if a US-based employee's approval transaction fails, the US HR Super User ought to be informed.

I tried achieving from the BPM Worklist but had no luck.

Has anyone worked on a requirement like this before? If so, could you please provide me with the solution?
