How to setup Quick Actions for My Client Groups

Hi,

Currently, we are seeing random actions listed under the My Client Groups/Quick Actions area. (Screen Shot attached). We would like to be able to select and choose our own entries of what the Quick Actions should be in this area, along with the Ordering. When creating a Sandbox, and going into the Structure area, and finding the My Client Groups/Quick Action (Screen shot attached), all of the entries that we are interested in including in the Quick Actions area are scattered across all of the different topic headings that you see (there are more items, but the
