Unable to list just one manager for each Matrix Manager Type

Summary:

We have a report that provides employee details AND includes each manager type i.e. Line Manager, Comp Planning Manager, and Timeclock Supervisor.

When we run the report however, it is return multiple values for the same manager type. We are using the Matrix Manager fields.

We need it to return just one value for each manager type.
