What is the link between Assignment Category in Requisition details in ORC and Core HR

Hi,

I am trying to identify the mapping or link between the Assignment Category within the Employment Info section and the Regular/ Temporary & Full Time or Part Time fields within the Details section of a Requisition.

We are trying to hire interns through requisitions within ORC but when we convert them into Pending Workers by Moving them to HR, the Assignment Category does not match the one we intend to hire them into. The Assignment category is being dictated from the requisition and that's why I am trying to find out the mapping, if any, so we can have it corrected/ updated.
