Colleague type and Leave accrual not visible at offer pending approval

Summary:

We have noticed that Colleague type and Leave accrual are not visible when the offer is pending approval which is causing us audit issues and also the contract section for internals is missing at pending approval stage, any ideas why/how to fix?
