Incorrect manager details in Connections

Hi,


We have enabled connections, but the organization hierarchy in the organization card is incorrect.

The manager details are verified under directory - organization chart - manager details -- this is showing correct manager details

but, when we navigate to me - connections - organization card - hierarchy is incorrect. whereas the manager card (section highlighted in yellow) under organization card shows correct manager details.


We have also run the process - Synchronize Position with Assignment and Refresh Manager hierarchy. But, the hierarchy is still incorrect in connections page.


Can we please know the reason behind this behavior? Are we missing something?
