Inquiry on Interview Guides (i.e., scoring or pass/fail) best practice
Summary: Our company would like to know how other companies gather Interview Feedback (Is it via scoring, multiple choice, pass/fail, etc.?). Currently, we are using "scoring" in our Interview Guides and it is reported to be a challenge for our recruiters/hiring manager for many reasons. This may differ objectively by companies, but we would like to hear from you. If you are reading this inquiry , we would appreciate your feedback.
