Unable to delegate approval to another user from Delegate approval option

Summary:

After creating a delegation approval rule from Roles and Delegations task and choosing the category of Global Absence or the Purchase requisition, user is not getting the delegated notification for approval

Hello Experts,

Actually I have 2 issues related to that:

1. We'd like our PR requestors to create their own rules but not via the BPM. I've created a rule as shown above but after submitting the PR the notification is not delegated as expected. I've tried also to choose on the category the Purchase Requisition but still not working. From rule created in BPM it is working.
