How will system handle if we load additional 6K grades on top of 5K grades (total 11K)?

Summary:

Business asks is to load additional 6K grades on top of 5K grades already present in the system. We need to understand how the system will handle these number of grades in Manage Grade Page and Employee Assignment Page (selecting through the lists from UI) as total there will (6k +5K = 11K grades) in the system. Will the system be able to handle it or there will be any break/performance issue?
