Heads up! Delete Assignment under Learning Mass Actions can have problems

Last week I did a Mass Actions, Delete Learning Assignments for a single user for 2 courses. The process appears to have gone rogue and ultimately all current and future learning assignments were deleted in our DB for all users. We are still working with Oracle to resolve completely. Apparently a couple of other customers have reported Mass Actions doing more than they intended.
