Summary:

From this Document (Doc ID 2503724.1) we got to know that HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED will mask the National identifier in person information page, but do this also applicable for Quick action (responsive UI) that is Equivalent responsive UI page of Person Management (classical page)

If this is applicable, then please clarify the below point.

QUICK ACTIONS -> Person, is redirecting to classical page according to me, please verify this, as for this case National identifier is not masked also.
