How to link an assignment to a requisition or to a job offer?

Summary:

We are in the need to identify if an internal transfer came from a Requisition

We are trying to build a Value Set to identify if the latest assignment change from an employee (i.e. PROMOTION) is tied back to a requisition or to a job offer

Is there any way to create a SQL to check for that?

The scenario is the following one:

An employee is promoted through a requisition/job offer process

Then, months later is promoted again but without a requisition/job offer, how can report that one assignment change (PROMOTION) is linked to a job offer and the other one is not?
