I am trying to default Grade Ladder based on grade on positions. Use Case # 76

Summary: I have a requirement on positions where for Request a New Position, the Grade is updating based on the selected job and I want to default the Grade ladder based on the Grade. I have tried with ACR but it's not changing the Grade Ladder, also when i tried to call the Grade in my rule it's coming as null for the first job selected and when i change the Job the ACR is calling the previsouly selected job's grade.


Kindly help with this.
