Accure Expenses is set to 'At Receipt'.

Business doesn't want to create Receipt for POs with Fixed Price Service line type. Accrue at Receipt should be disabled by default for this line type so that user can create AP invoice without Receipt. But this check box is enabled by default for all line types. Any suggestions on how to disable this checkbox for Fixed Price Services line type?
