US Ethnicity - Customisation
Summary:
I'm aware that Oracle has restricted customisation to the US ethnicity fields due to compliance however the current options do not suit the requirements of our business.
Business requirements are as follows:
- Custom List for US Ethnicty
- Change Hispanic/Latino from an ethnicity to a race.
My question is, is there a work around for this?
What are other companies doing to meet requirements of US Ethnicity?
Are these fields changing in the near future?
