When users need to upload bulk FBDI and workflow is enabled, does it need to be submitted one by one

Hi,

a Client will be activating the following 3 workflows below.

  1. Status change from Draft to Active - Question. Plan is to upload like 2000 plus projects of an indirect project, do they need to submit those one by one for approval? is there quick way to bulk approve?
  2. Status change from Active to Close- Question. on the next year, before uploading new indirect project, they need to close multiple projects, what approach should have a quick way to close multiple project?
  3. Budget Approval - Question - is there a way to have the bulk uploaded budget to be approved? or any approach to handle this?
