  1. What are the different validations done by the REST API /fscmRestApi/projectCosts/11.13.18.05/projectCostValidations/validateProjectCost?
  2. What are the different validations done by the standard 'Import Costs' ESS job.

We've observed that some of the validations such as duplicate transactions, accounting period opened or not that import process does are not included in the REST API validations.
