how to hide "add comments" and "add attachment" actions in approval request

Hi Experts,
In the most of the HR approvals transactions we see below actions.
In BPM task configuration , under Access tab we can see the actions and try to disable/hide them.

how to hide "add comments" and "add attachment" actions in approval request?
After clicking approve or Reject. we see comments and attachments. End users need only those options and no additional actions of "Add comments" and Add attachments. So is there way to hide from Actions dropdown?
